This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit this website, place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, or otherwise communicate with us. By using this website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how your information is handled as described below. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.

1. Personal information we collect
When we use the term "personal information," we mean information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you. - Contact details: your full name, mobile phone number, email address (if provided), and complete delivery address including province, city or municipality, barangay, street, landmark, and zip code.
- Order information: the products and quantities you view, add to cart, order, cancel, return, or exchange, together with the Order ID and submission timestamp.
- Communications with us: the information you include when you message us on Facebook, Messenger, SMS, phone call, or email, including screenshots and photos you send to support your request.
- Device and usage information: basic information about your device, browser, IP address, approximate location, and how you interact with pages on this site. This is collected automatically through your browser when you visit.
We do not store passwords, credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or any online payment credentials because all orders on this website are Cash on Delivery. You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives.

- Directly from you, when you place an order, contact customer support, or otherwise provide us with your information.
- Automatically through the website, from your device and browser when you visit and use this site, and through the use of cookies and similar technologies as described below.
- From service providers, including our courier partner, which may confirm delivery status and exceptions back to us.

We use your personal information for the following purposes:
- Providing and fulfilling the service. To process your order, confirm details with you via Messenger, SMS, or phone call, coordinate with our courier partner, deliver the parcel to the address you provided, and handle after-sales concerns such as replacements and refunds.
- Communicating with you. To respond to your questions, send order updates, and maintain our customer relationship.
- Security and fraud prevention. To detect, investigate, and prevent suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity, including repeated failed or refused COD deliveries, fake orders, and misuse of our promotions.
- Legal and accounting reasons. To comply with applicable Philippine law, including tax and accounting regulations, and to respond to lawful requests from government authorities.
- Improving the service. To understand which products and pages are useful, to improve the website, and to plan future promotions. This analysis is done in aggregate and does not identify individual customers.
4. How we disclose your personal information
We do not sell your personal information. In limited circumstances, we may share your information with:
- Our courier or logistics partner (for example, J&T Express) so that your parcel can be delivered. They receive your name, mobile number, and delivery address, and will use that information to complete the delivery.
- Service providers that help us run this website or support our operations, such as our hosting provider, Google (for Google Sheets, where order records are stored), and messaging platforms used for customer support.
- Government or law enforcement when we are legally required to do so, for example under a valid court order, subpoena, or lawful request from a Philippine regulator.
- Legal advisors or accountants bound by confidentiality, when needed to support our operations or defend our legal rights.
- In connection with a business transaction such as a merger, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of browser technologies on this website:
- Cart storage (localStorage). Your cart contents are saved on your own device so the cart is remembered if you refresh the page or come back later. This data stays on your device and is not sent to our server.
- Basic analytics. We may use lightweight analytics to count page views and understand which products are popular. These analytics do not personally identify you.
- Advertising pixels (future). If we later enable advertising pixels such as the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance, we will update this policy and the "Last updated" date below. You can control most cookies through your browser settings.

This website and our products are intended for adults. Customers must be at least 18 years old (the age of majority in the Philippines) to place an order. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below and we will delete the information from our records.
8. Security of your information
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, theft, unauthorized access, alteration, and disclosure. Order records are stored in a secure Google Sheets workspace owned by Nutrifarm and accessible only to authorized team members. Messenger and email accounts used for customer support are protected with strong passwords and, where supported, two-factor authentication.
No system is perfectly secure, and no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be fully secure while in transit. We encourage you to avoid sending highly sensitive information through unsecured channels, and to contact us immediately if you believe your account or information has been compromised.
9. How long we keep your information
We keep order records (name, phone, address, products, totals, delivery status) for up to two (2) years from the date of delivery, so that we can support after-sales requests, reorders, accounting, and audits. After this period, personal identifiers such as name, phone number, and address are deleted or anonymized, except where a longer retention period is required by law (for example, tax records).
10. Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and other applicable laws, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information:
- Right to be informed about the collection and processing of your personal information.
- Right to access the personal information we hold about you.
- Right to correct any inaccurate or outdated personal information.
