Shipping Policy
We ship nationwide across the Philippines. All orders on this website are Cash on Delivery (COD), so you only pay once your package arrives at your door. This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Refund Policy.
1. Order confirmation
When you submit an order on this website, you will see an on-screen confirmation with your Order ID. Before we dispatch the parcel, our team will reach out to confirm your order through Messenger, SMS, or phone call, using the number you provided at checkout. This step helps us:
- Verify your address and make sure it is complete and deliverable
- Confirm the items and totals you agreed to pay on delivery
- Prevent accidental or fake orders that would be refused at the door
If we cannot reach you after multiple attempts within 48 hours of the order being placed, we may cancel the order. You can always place a new one later when you are ready.
2. Order processing
Confirmed orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Philippine public holidays. During large promos or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer, and we will let you know in chat if that is the case.
Orders confirmed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. Order cut-off for same-day processing is 2:00 PM (Philippine Standard Time) on business days; orders confirmed after that usually move to the next day's batch.
3. Delivery timelines
Estimated delivery time after the parcel is dispatched to the courier:
- Metro Manila: 2 to 4 business days
- Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 3 to 5 business days
- Visayas: 5 to 7 business days
- Mindanao: 5 to 7 business days
- Island or remote areas: may take 2 to 3 additional business days, depending on the courier's routing schedule
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They may be affected by weather, typhoons, courier capacity, remote addresses, local lockdowns, and government-declared holidays. We are not liable for courier delays that are outside of our control, although we will always help you follow up with the courier when needed.
4. Shipping fees
- Luzon: ₱99 flat shipping fee for single-item orders
- Visayas and Mindanao: ₱120 flat shipping fee for single-item orders
- FREE SHIPPING when your cart has 2 or more items, anywhere in the Philippines
Shipping fees are collected together with your order total on delivery. If free shipping applies, no shipping fee is charged on top of the order total.
5. Courier partners
We ship through trusted nationwide couriers, primarily J&T Express. From time to time, we may use a different courier for specific regions or promos to improve delivery speed and reliability. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking reference via Messenger or SMS so you can follow the package on the courier's website or app.
A small number of very remote locations may be outside our courier's serviceable area. If your address is affected, we will contact you to arrange an alternative pickup address or issue a full cancellation at no cost.
6. Receiving your order
When the courier arrives, please:
- Record a clear, continuous unboxing video starting before the parcel is opened; this is required for any return, replacement, or refund claim, so please do not skip it
- Check the outer packaging for visible damage, tape tampering, or crushing before accepting the parcel
- Have the exact amount ready in cash, since this is a COD order
- Confirm the sender (Nutrifarm) and the Order ID on the shipping label
- Refuse delivery and notify us immediately if the parcel is visibly damaged, wet, or opened
Before the courier picks up your parcel, we will also send you photos of your packed order through Messenger so you can see exactly what left our warehouse. Please keep these photos on hand in case a claim is needed. Once you accept the parcel and open it, refund eligibility follows our Refund Policy, which explains the unboxing video requirement in full.
7. Failed or refused deliveries
If the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts, or the package is refused at the door without a valid reason (for example, no damage and no courier error), we may:
- Restrict Cash on Delivery on future orders from the same name, phone number, or address
- Ask for partial prepayment of shipping on future orders via GCash or bank transfer
- In severe cases, decline future orders
We ask that you only place an order if you are genuinely ready to receive the parcel and pay on delivery. Refusing COD parcels without reason creates waste and raises costs for everyone.
8. Address accuracy
Please double-check your address, barangay, city, zip code, and mobile number on the order form. Wrong or incomplete addresses are the most common cause of delays and failed deliveries. If you realize a detail is wrong after placing the order, message us on Messenger immediately so we can update it before dispatch. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect address details that were provided at checkout.
9. Damaged parcels and lost shipments
If your parcel arrives damaged, please refer to the Refund Policy for how to file a claim, including required photos and the 7-day window. If the courier's tracking shows your parcel has been delayed for an unusually long time, or appears to be lost in transit, message us right away with your Order ID. We will coordinate with the courier and, if needed, arrange a re-ship or refund.
10. Title and risk of loss
Legal ownership (title) and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided. Before delivery, the risk of loss stays with Nutrifarm.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our courier partners, processing times, or fees. The "Last updated" date below is your reference for the current version.
